Stores, not government, should decide on bag tax fees

Woodstock, Illinois just passed a 10-cent plastic bag tax. Local consumers will feel the pinch from this tax – unless they decide that it’s worth it to them to take their business elsewhere, either because of the added cost or simply on principle.
