Tybee shifts from plastic bag bans to new anti-littering proposals
After the Tybee Island City Council came one vote away from implementing a ban on plastic bags, the council is now taking its a new approach with an anti-litter campaign.
With more education and outreach programs, the town hopes to promote more recycling for plastic bags and other products.
