Winchester Votes Down Plastic Bag Ban

Great news for Winchester, Massachusetts residents, as the town voted against a proposed plastic bag ban! Attendees of the town meeting discussed that a ban on plastic bags could be harmful to the environment and economy, while also exposing residents to the health risks of reuseable cloth bags.
